About Jeff
Happy happy new year, I am a Chef instructor with almost 30 years in the business. I am currently a teacher at a non profit school. I love to teach and cook. Easy going and fun. I have won 2 competitions in desserts whil I was a pastry chef.
I was fortunate to have been sought after, and accepted the position at a school which is accredited
Graduated from French Culinary Institute in 1988,worked at many great restaurants and hotels. I am a ServSafe instructor proctor, so I can teach and administer the final test.
