About Marlon
Cooking has been a passion of mine for over 40 plus years. I've worked in fine dining, country clubs and free standing restaurants for over 30yrs from front of the house to the back of the house. Started as a waiter, bartender, trainer, cook, sausier, Garde manger, sous chef, AKM, Km, banquet chef, head chef and food service mgr. from N.Y. to L.A.
"I cater to your needs" Fine dining, catering, North American , Chinese, Tex-Mex, Cajun, Italian, grilling, grocery shopping, teaching private dinners and more.
