About Dedee
Since early childhood, I've had a love for cooking. I majored in food economics in high school and after being married with 2 children I opened my own catering business in Connecticut. I also studied in Milan Italy at the Milano Cooking School whereby I completed courses in regional cooking.
In Season 3, I was chosen out of 5,000 applicants to be on the very popular TV show, MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay . There I competed for the $250,000 prize.
At the present time, I offer small cooking classes both private and group in my home kitchen.
My recipes are centered around Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine which is my heritage. You will learn esy steps and shortcuts in creating some very delicious dishes that you'll be proud to present to your friends and family.

I enjoy seeing results of my wordly experiences. I will travel to the student(s) within 15 miles (car expense may apply) or can come for private or group classes in Montclair, NJ.

Dedee gave good simple instructions on how to prepare each course. Then each person got to try it. The best part was sharing the meal at the dinner table over lively conversation with new friends.
