About Stephan
Hi there — I’m Chef Stephan, a professional private chef and culinary instructor based in the St. Louis area. Through Culinary Trainer, I offer hands-on cooking classes designed to help anyone—from beginners to food lovers—feel confident, creative, and comfortable in the kitchen.
Working with me feels less like a lecture and more like cooking alongside a friend who just happens to be a chef. I focus on practical skills and real techniques you can use right away—whether that’s mastering knife control, building balanced meals, or crafting fresh pasta from scratch.
Each class is tailored to your goals, skill level, and favorite cuisines. I bring all the ingredients, tools, and professional guidance you need for a fun, stress-free experience. My goal is to make cooking approachable, delicious, and something you genuinely look forward to doing.
Whether it’s a private lesson, a date-night experience, or a group workshop, I’ll make sure you leave inspired, confident, and full of great food.
