About Kat
We are Clarksville only Ladies Dance Fitness, Pole and Aerial Gym! We offer over 40 empowering classes weekly taught by industry professionals. All classes start at beginner level and our prices are affordable. Our beautiful 6000sf facility glows with night club lighting and chic feminine decor. We have students of all ages (18 and up) and fitness levels.

I am PDIC Certified in Pole Fitness with over 17 years in the Dance, Fitness, Aerial and Entertainment Industries. My instructors are either certified in their field through accredited companies or continuing training while working towards their certifications. We all have a love and passion for dance in all of its forms.
