About Elizabeth
Teaching for 8 years. Started in astoria and trained by pro. Went to times square and taught there. Now an independent. Book my own private lessons and events.I specialize in Salsa on 2. Also teach on 1, hustle, swing, hip hop and basic house.
Im a general manager of a private boutique gym on the upper east side. The Fitness Cell. I have my students come there if its convenient. I teach you technique which is both good for you physically and incorporate fitness for posture, and prevention of injury.
I recently started working with Glorias miami sound (gloria estefan tribute band) as their dancer. We do shows around the US. I teach free salsa classes at the best latin restaurants in nyc. Gonzalez y gonzalez and Sobs. I always invite my students to theses events for practice. Summer time- I host latin boat parties with the best djs.
Please find me on instagram and facebook for videos and event info. Search Elizabeth Magnani.
I have worked in the entertainment industry since the age of 16. Starting working as a party motivator at events at the age of 20. I taught myself choreography and love giving good energy to people. I then went for an audition at Martinez Dance studios in astoria. Taught full time private lessons along with being trained.
Had training in 2 dance schools with many styles of dance.
Specializes in Salsa. Training in steps, timing, musicality, and posture.

First step. I do an intro class for $50 to introduce myself and see your level. This gives my new students the chance to see how I teach and I can go over what I will teach you as far as steps, technique and musicality.
Ages 5-72 years old.
There are alot of instructors but not everyone teaches technique. Students learn the steps and I want you to learn it and keep it clean. Im very anal but my students have no complaints. They learn more then just the steps. Your feet are your drumsticks. Lets learn how to play to the music the right way! You will enjoy it a lot more.
I taught celebrity Evelyn Lozada a salsa class.
Danced on stage for Salsa singer Nino Segarras video release party.
Dance for Glorias Miami sound currently.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Will the basics be broken down correctly and easy to understand?
Will my instructor recommend the best places for me to practice and how to practice!?
Music and numbers are everything..no shame in counting.
