About Kayla
I take a multi-perspective approach to teaching students various subjects. I do not believe in one "right way" to learn. In the same way that all students are different, so is the way we learn.
I enjoy teaching because I love being surrounded by learning. When I was a teaching aid at Ridgecrest Elementary School, I enjoyed getting to see the process kids went through to get to a place of understanding.
I have a high school diploma and a Associate Degree in General Studies.

I like to gage where a student is at and determine which areas they want to get better at. If a student does not understand the way I approach a subject, I try various different angles and perspectives until I am sure they understand what they're learning.
