About Dustin
While I pursue a career as a college professor, I tutor students of all ages in subjects ranging from pre-K to college and beyond. I studied finance and economics at Utah Valley University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree. While my education is focused in business, mathematics, accounting, economics, and finance, I also worked professionally in the university writing lab, tutoring students on all subjects including reading, writing, comprehension, science, philosophy, ESL, and much more. I am passionate about education and eager to work with you or your children to help you excel in any subject, prepare for tests, complete assignments, and achieve your educational goals!
I enjoy helping people realize a better quality of life through education. Connecting with students individually and helping them find success and joy in learning is my favorite part of being a tutor!
I have a Bachelors degree in finance and economics. While completing my degree, I worked on the university writing lab tutoring all subjects offered by the university including English, reading, writing, science, liberal arts, social studies, philosophy, and much more! I have extensive experience applying math, reading, and writing in professional settings. Additionally, I have tutored hundreds of students in these areas and many more.

Perfect! Dustin has been great for helping me get up to speed for taking the College Algebra CLEP exam. He's always punctual and does a good job of explaining concepts. I would highly recommend him!
Perfect! The teacher is very friendly and explains very well. He introduces a variety of areas into our lesson, which will meet my needs/levels, to nicely supportive to improve my English skills.

Dustin helped me immensely. His calm, kind demeanor and confidence that we could tackle the tasks at hand helped me get over my initial anxiety and just get on with it! He also helped me develop a strategically designed excel spreadsheet that has been an indispensable tool throughout the semester. I went from being completely lost when I first found Dustin to getting an A- on my Finance mid-term, with 0 finance background. Overall, I would say Dustin empowered me to succeed and I would highly, highly recommend him as a tutor.
I enjoy his tutor sessions! He talks them out with me and does not get frustrated with me when I miss something! I suggest this tutor to anyone who needs help. 10/10
I love that Mr.Dustin is very professional and always on time. He is a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor and a very down to earth personality. Great guy to even talk to. He makes it very easy for me to understand the concepts. He is very patient and teaches me a lot of ins and outs and different tricks to solve the problems, I have been out of high school for four years now. I wouldn’t be this far ahead for my ASVAB without his help. From Algebra, Calculus to arithmetics he is the man for the job! He is a life saver, if you are looking for a great tutor he is the man for the job. He’s also a big sports fan, which is a plus for me :) He is more than just a tutor, he is a great mentor.
