About Chloe
Hello! I'm an experienced tutor hoping to help students with their reading and writing skills. I studied at Harvard University, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa com laude (with highest honors) in English and Classics. My SAT score was 2400, my English, French and US History SATII scores were all 800 and I received 5's on the Calculus and English Literature AP's. More importantly, though, I love literature and want to encourage students to feel the same way.
I love getting my students excited about the expressive possibilities English (and Latin and French) literature--but I also love explain the nitty-gritty grammatical functions of language. I've been a grammar buff all my life, and fully believe that the workings of the English language can be simple, comprehensible and fun for every student if they are taught the right way.
