About Cassandra
I am a certified EC-6 teacher and know what it takes for a student to be in grade level. I have taught 3rd grade ELA for 2 years and 5th grade (all subjects) for one year.
I love teaching and helping empower students by challenging them and providing them with the skills they need for problem solving.
After college I worked in a library and have always had a passion for reading. I used to love reading with the kids in the library and knew I wanted to work teaching children from that experience.
I am a certified EC-6 teacher. I have experience teaching 3rd grad ELA and have taught all subjects in 5th grade.

I get to know their interests as well as their needs.
I have experience working with 3rd grade and 5th grade students.
If you are struggling with daily homework and need extra guidance I can be of great service. If you are struggling in a specific area that you would like to grow in, I can be of great service.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What would you like to be able to do? What challenges do you face? What is the best way that you learn? (Listening and taking notes? Hands on?)
