About RE
I have three years of experience tutoring students in writing, and I also have experience working as a peer advisor, in regards to professional development. I know not only how to provide concise, clear feedback, but I am also adept at pinpointing student strengths and weaknesses and facilitating impressive improvement over a short period of time.
I understand the importance of working with students in a way that is respectful, positive, and emotionally intelligent. During these difficult times, students need the most support they can get, in order to prevent a severe disruption in their education. I typically do trouble shooting of their strengths and weaknesses by asking them a few questions. I offer a holistic approach that is emotionally intelligent and encourages students patiently to pinpoint their challenges and strengths.
