About Christina
I jus retired after teaching Elementary school in Central Florida for 30 years. I primarily taught 3rd and 4th grade Reading and Writing.
I am ESOL certified and can also teach the English language.
I love working with students. I often use interesting articles for Reading lessons so that students stay interested. I have found they like reading about strange and freaky animals.
I am certified in the state of Florida for grades 1-6. I am also a certified ESOL teacher.

Obviously I want to get familiar with a new student first. I find out their interests so that I can find Reading material that would interest them.
I have worked with public school students. Everything from struggling readers, non English speaking, and gifted students.
