Ive been in and out when it came specifically with english tutoring it went from just basic help to actually teaching to finally applying and repeating the whole cycle with a different person, think of it like a nomad but with english aspects being taught.
Just working with kids in the past and helping them achieve certain goals that are important to them and also laerning new things myself along the way.

first getting to know them(introduction), exchanging steady conversation with them and helping along the way, like biulding a foundation and adding to it gradually as I hope to teach them something new.
very young kids about kindergarten to I'd say 3rd grade I prefer that level, its just fun
Just please be yourself and apply that mentality into english and I guarantee creative writing will work out just fine for you. (I'm speaking from expereince)
I actually recently helped a kid write a whole essay for himself and I remeber it just being so smooth for him and myself, 0 mistakes were made he just understood and it was just a wonderful experience.
