About Natalia
Along with my expertise in the English language, I also pride myself in being an empathetic listener. My lessons are a no-shame environment. Any question is a great question, and I work hard to earn trust with my students so that they feel comfortable asking questions and speaking up!
I love helping people express themselves and understand the world around them. Words are a great way to do that! Whether someone is struggling with understanding themes in American literature or with writing a good essay, it's my joy to teach students new concepts that will enable them to be better communicators.
In high school, I was known as the "grammar girl." My friends would often ask me to help them edit papers and correct their grammar homework. After doing this for so long, I realized that English was what I wanted to study in college! As I pursued my bachelors, I continued to help my friends edit their papers and communicate their thoughts effectively. Over time, this became a passion of mine!
I hold a Bachelor of Science in English and Writing, and I have been tutoring for over seven years. I have a deep understanding of the English language and literature, and I love helping students learn to express themselves with this beautiful language!
