About Megan
Hi my name is Megan and super excited to be your tutor! I am a straight A student in my third year of college to become a teacher. I have experience teaching/tutoring students and have led two afterschool programs with students from local elementary schools.
I also have a Certificate of Clearance from the California Comission on Teacher Credentialing and went through the live scan fingerprinting process.
I love being able to help students accomplish something that was challenging for them, and see how proud they are afterwards!

When working with a new student, I like to take a little bit of time to get to know them and for them to get to know me so we both feel comfortable with each other and ready to learn! I also like to ask if there are specifics they'd like to work on, otherwise I go over everything so I can see potential problem areas that need more attention or practice.
