About Gillian
Hello!
I'm here to help you with all of your literature related needs! My areas of tutoring include; reading, comprehension, writing, grammar, proof reading and editing, ACT prep, college application essays, and college level papers. I have always enjoyed reading and writing, and I hope to pass on my knowledge and love of these subjects to others!
I am also available for help with all subjects for children up to 5th grade.

When starting with a new student I like to send a little questionaire to them ahead of our first meeting, if possible, that helps me to understand their needs for our tutoring sessions. We go over these questions in the first session and talk about the best ways to accomplish their goals. I find having this type of groundwork laid down from the beginning helps us to start on the right path, and it can always be adjusted as we go on.
