About Christie
Hi visitor! I am an English writing tutor, focused on helping students to master the process of essay writing, use proper grammar and become more confident in their abilities.
My tutoring method relies on structure and creative techniques. With patience and perseverance, I believe that anyone can learn to write a persuasive essay.
Students can also learn to add flair through creative ideation. Creativity can be achieved by even the most right-brained student, helping them to capture their audience, prove a point and possibly to take action!
More about me: I create branding and communications strategies for small business owners. I have an A.A. from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) and El Camino College.
As a life-long creative person, I know that there will always be times when you don’t know what to say, what to write, or what to create. During these times of writer’s block, I fall back on the structure and proven methods.
Tutoring gives me the power to help students reach their dreams. No matter the goal, writing and communication can get you there faster!
