About Michelle
Hi! I am a high school English Teacher in Philadelphia and I am looking to help out with all your reading, writing, and elementary math needs! I have over 6+ years of experience working with children and ESOL adults on developing writing, language, and reading skills. I have a masters' degree in Secondary English Education from University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education and currently teach 10th and 12th grade.
I know that reading/writing can be a daunting task but I promise we can work through all of your goals together! Please feel free to reach out so we can talk more!
I have a bachelors degree in English Writing and Communication from the Univeristy of Pittsburgh and a masters degree in Secondary English Education.

Ideally in our intial call we will chat about your goals and areas where you would like to improve. Then we can talk about a schedule, pricing, and structure that would work best for you! I am very flexible during these summer months so I can work around any schedule!
I have worked with students from many backgrounds and ages. My current students during the school year are in high school but I have taught elementary and middle school students as well.
I also work in a school with a high ESOL population and I am willing to help any one who is new to learning the language!
