About John
I am passionate about Literature. I have knowledge of English and American literature from 16th century to modern times. I am an English major with an education minor. I am dedicated to helping any and all students seeking assistance in any English program from grade school to associates English courses.
Helping students find enjoying in literature.
I started by Tutoring students and then started substitute teaching. I'm currently finishing my degree with an education minor with the intent to teach high school English after spending a few years abroad teaching.
I am an English major and I have tutored high school through associate level students.

I have worked with students who lack interest in the class, and I have worked with students who had interest in the class but needed a little help.
Most students who say they don't like English only do so because they aren't being taught in an engaging way. So, don't give up. Literature is a very important part of society, it teaches you about morality, ethics, and the human condition. It brings you poetry that can explain how you feel when you can't find the words to do so. If you give it a chance. I believe it will change your life.
