About Melody
I have an associate's degree in general studies from Frederick Community College. I graduate this semester from University of Maryland Global Campus this semester with a 3.8 GPA and a member of the English honors society. I start my teaching certification in secondary English this fall. I love learning and teaching. Learning should be fun and exciting! Although I specialize in English, I can also help with chemistry, GED studies, general study habits, and pretty much any middle school subject.
I have been studying to be a teacher for years. I love to help people learn. Being a professional trainer I worked with people from all walks of life and can help anyone succeed. I have led study groups and tutored one on one for years.
I have an associates degree from FCC and will have my bachelor's in English from UMGC in 4 weeks. I am a member of the English Honors Society. I have 5+ years experience as a professional trainer. I begin my teaching certification in the fall.

I like to get a sample of the student's work. Then discuss with them what they believe they are doing successfully and what they are struggling with. I then will assess how a student learns with some excersizes, and we will begin our journey of learning together!
I have experience with mostly high school and college age students.
