About Brittany

I offer quality constructive criticism from the perspective of having received a BA in English Writing. I believe that words are important, and aim to make every word create an impact and carry the theme through to it's end.

I believe that our stories and our words are the essence of ourselves, and that way that words are brought together, regardless of the topic can have an impact.

I have a Bachelors degree in English Writing. In the course of this, I did many peer review workshops and developed an ability to constructively critique various forms of writing. I've always had a love for writing, including essays, and have often been asked to assist in proofreading and editing friends assignments.

I would advise that you look for someone you can work with. Different students learn in different ways and what works for one person may not work for another. I think when you have a choice in teachers, you should either find one who matches your own style, or one who can adapt to whatever you may need in order to grow and improve.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If you know what you need, you shouldn't hesitate to talk about it. The only question I think students should ask is if they are clear on what they need or if they need help to figure it out. A good teacher should be open to whatever their student needs and try to adapt.
