About Rebecca
Holding a master's degree in literature, writing is what I do best. From personal essays to rhetorical analysis to academic research papers, I help students through the entire writing process. With three years experience in teaching college undergraduate level at University of California, Irvine, and one year teaching upper elementary at a Montessori school, I tutor a broad range of levels.

We start with introductions to establish objectives and interests. Objectives help us determine what we're working towards, and intersests help the student make connections in their writing. Next, a small writing assignment is used to assess student's writing level. Then, we decide what areas to focus on. Finally, we start with small assignments and work our way up to a larger one.
