About Abigail
I'm an 11th grade credentialed English Teacher up in the Santa Clarita Valley, and recieved my Bachelor's in English Education (grades 7-12) from the University of Delaware. Experience in 5+ teaching placements and school settings, including AVID and support courses for students struggling in their academics. I adore teaching, and love working with students to become stronger readers and writers.
I specialize in working with English, Reading, Writing, and Language Arts, but also have experience working with students in the elementary and younger grades. I love building relationships with my students and finding materials & texts they truly connect to, and personalizing learning to meet the needs of each student.
