(concealed information)
I was introduced at a "Jr Trainer" when ever I with my trainers growing up and eventually I started leading full sessions for them.
I have been trained by Jr Redmon, Jesus Reyes, Latartio Rachal, and Treco Rachel. They all played in the NFL and were very good at thier positions. I've also trained kids in LA California for 5 years before moving to Fresno. Besides sports I worked as a teacher assistant and cousilor for a few elementary schools

Very simple and basic. It is like learning how to walk for the first time, and my new students are learning techiques and skills for the very first time and i expect a lot of mistakes to be made. But mistakes are welcomed. The saying "practice makes perfect" is very false. From my experience "practice makes progress" beacause there is always room to improve ourselves.
I have worked with all ages from 7-29, between pop warner to NFL draft athletes.
Don't expect to be perfect at new drills right away.
