About Ke shawn
To get in contact with me call or text me (concealed information) I am not on here as much so it best to reach thru my phone number.
Just a young man that’s giving back my experience, tools, and knowledge about the DB position in football and speed and conditioning training. I been a track and football athlete since I was born. Been train by elite atheists advise the nation. I played collegiate football as a cornerback and safety at TCU where I got my bachelors in sports administration and then transferred to southeastern Oklahoma and played there where I received my masters in sports administration. I trained and workout with a lot of NFL athletes and college athletes as well. I want to give other athletes tools to enhanced their game and do also really understand the breakdown of football. I work on running mechanics, very detail on technique, diets on what to eat and not to eat, etc.
