About Robert
After 18 years experience as an NCAA division 1 track and field coach, I now work with athletes for improving their sprinting speed for the 40 yard dash or 60 yard dash -- for football tryouts & baseball showcases. We train in-person & outdoors. Best to call or text me at (concealed information) and discuss details.
Track and Field, Football, Baseball. Ages 15 and up.
Be prepared to train hard, serious and smart. Learn the proper mechaniics of running. Learn about recovery days, and injury prevention. Understand that learning a specific skill is done by mastery of the skill itself, enhanced by supplementary training. Results do not come overnight. It takes a training package over a month or two. There is no magic bullet.
