I highly recommend Cicely as an English tutor. My English language skills have improved a lot since I started learning with her, and the lessons are always enjoyable and fun!
We knew each other for 4 years during our study in UPSI. During our studies, she was also working as a tuition teacher. This is the main reason why I believe she could do a better job as an online tutor. She is also very helpful and hardworking person with a nice attitude. Students might fall in love with her classes and so on.
