About Benjamin
I specialize in teaching students the basics of making a good sound and enjoying the music that they make. I also teach technical correctness and musicality.
I enjoy getting my students to enjoy working on themselves so that they get to point in their musicality that they enjoy hearing themselves play, which in turn will help them learn about spending time on themselves to make themselves better in other areas.
I have BA in French Horn Performance.

In a first lesson I would find out what the students goals are, and they could be very specific or very broad. The next thing I would learn about the student is what level is the student currently at and what I will need to do to help the student attain his goals.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The student should think through what they want. For example, do they want to improve their rythm specifically, or their tone or musicality or all of those, or do they just want to be a better player? The student may even just need help with a specific piece, which I could also help with.
