About AJ
Classical fusion technique,over the top odd tunings and fusion and extreme metal and jazz styles playing and feeling the music and watching others grow from learning and obtaining new knowledge in different techniques.
Being involved with music and the paying forward of creative growth
As I formed musical bands ,I learned to collaborate and teach others in order to bring the level of the bands musicianship up to par ! I have also had people who show great interest and pleasure in seeking out my advice and instruction ,and its very fullfilling for me to help individuals see progress within themselves !
My uncle Donal Ray Bates was a music master and I was trained in theory and technique by him from a young age of 3 years old and I was trained as a pianist in composition by the late Michael Earhardt ,a German American composer and teacher in my teenage years and early 20's ,I have been a self trained and constant learner all my life and Im always seeking out artist and observing their methods and techniques and I buy many instructional programs to enhance my skills with new approach methods.

To evaluate the level of each individual and see if they have certain knowledge .Then I prepare a routine and course specifically designed for progressing their technique and as it progresses I input theory along the way . They will start to understand as they achieve new visible progress within their own selfs craft !
Most of all young adults and mature adults on intermediate levels ,and some at basic levels ,and advanced levels of playing
Seek out each area of your own weakness in playing ,and ask yourself do you want to improve on those techniques with a serious approach,then watch the teacher closely to see what you can gain from them .Be open minded to some new things but always explain what you want to achieve and on what level

Are they the kind of people who ever finish things or do they just want a brief hobby experience .Is it just for fun or do they want to really go in deep and be professional and use mental self discipline in learning their craft . Then express your desires of what you want to achieve if you believe you will stick with it . accept that you are in a constant learning process in life and that never ends .

Details
$20.00 an hour twice a week is a minimum suggestion ,for start at any level .It is highly suggested to do two hour sessions each time for very focused students ,and self discipline is a must for this program .I will then customize a master program for the serious student that will go on for 2 to 4 years and you will receive a certificate at that time from my personal academy. I will want you to sign a contract if you decide to enter into the two or 4 year program which will cover classical 6 string, multi classical stringed instruments and tunings of abstract nature ,Electric instruments and styles and techniques , cultural ethnic musical phrasing and ancient modes and methods ,along with a unique philosophical mindset approach to stringed instrument craft of arranging and composing music ,you will be charged a one time entrance fee and a yearly anual tuition fee that will be disclosed before you are presented with your contract ,the Academy is a no pressure self placement process ,as I only have so many hours in a day and availability is only for advanced ,serious minded musicians that plan on having music as a way of life !
