"Learning is a joy, and knowledge an intrinsic good"

--Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics

At Holliday's Humanities Tutoring we pride ourselves on teaching for the sake of knowledge and learning itself. Anyone who is interested in learning about the humanities (specifically classics, history, art history, and philosophy) is of one kind with us, and it is very important to us that those people have the support and assistance they need to someday be the next Socrates.

About the lesson

First I like to spend 10 minutes talking about the student's goals, hat they want to learn about, and their goals for our tutoring. Then we launch into the studying with student driven direction and learning.
