About Chuk
The multitude of ways provided to get clients to their goals. Knee, hip, shoulder and lower back injuries can be fixed by training with me while obtaining your primary goal.
What I enjoy most is seeing the progress. When a client realizes that their goal is indeed attainable. One of my favorite quotes is as follows: " It is ok not to know but it is not ok to not ask for help." Most don't know where to start ave I love providing that stepping stone to a new life.
I love providing people a new lifestyle that will enhance every aspect of their life.
I have a BA from UC Riverside. I have been a certified personal trainer for nearly a decade. The certifications in order of acquisition are AFAA, NASM, and NCCPT. I trained in Muay Thai for a year and a half before I could teach.

We start with a fitness assessment. I would like to know what are the primary goals. After that I want to assess limitations in movement and past injuries. With this information I can make timeline for achieving our results
I have worked with all ages from all walks of life. The youngest being 12 and the oldest 69. I was employed by Equinox and Gold's Gym so I have seen it all.
Experience is key.
The next concept is tricky.
Even though I myself am a prime example of health, just because the trainer looks healthy does not mean he or she will be a great trainer.
The NFL combine. It is a collection of the top collegiate football players putting their hard work and effort to the test on a big stage. The winter Olympics was a close second.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask 3 questions.
Ask them to break down nutritional facts.
Ask what are the energy systems and how they pertain to your goal.
Ask how you help alleviate a client with lower back pain.
