I was very out of shape and needed a lifestyle adjustment. I reached out to Franklyn and he immediately responded. After one workout session, I saw some results in my legs and core. He was very informative and allowed me take my time with each set. He offers a variety of workout activities and health tips. Over the months, I've already seen great changes to my body for the better. I will continue to attend my sessions with Franklyn because he is the best!!!
He is a great Trainer I really love working with him.
