About Sheree
My grandmother said, "There's a shoe for every foot!" In other words, ones "quirkiness" or "self prescribed imbalances" may be "a plus" "or a bonus" to someone else, when cultivated by someone who sees the diamond amongst the coal.
Within my 10 years of service, I have met wonderful souls from all walks of life from all around the world. Human beings are innately beautiful. It is only when we adopt external narratives that don't fit our "being" is when we feel disjointed and out of place.
I use many tools of past and current trainings to assist my clients. I have studied neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, sound therapy, spirituality, aromatherapy, breathing, meditation and psychology, to name a few. These tools stay harnessed close to me as I provide counsel. I simply apply the needed tool, at the appropriate time, for my client's enhancement.
Those who work with me know I help them to celebrate their uniqueness. In taking this approach, clients are invited to partner with me to do the work that brings forth their greater selves. This is achieved without them feeling they have to "change" for others to accept them. Self-acceptance is the key to sustained happiness.
If there is anything I want everyone to know is, as human beings, we are all worthy of love and compassion.
I love when my clients question old narratives within their thinking, and adopt newer ones that are self enhancing! Therein lies the magic; the magic of self acceptance and inner transformation.
During my massage therapy practice, it soon became more therapy than massage. My clients loved speaking to me about their issues and often would leave saying, "You should be a life coach!"
I have an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from New York College of Health Professions and have done mental health trainings and assessments with The Seleni Instutute. Additionally, I have studied online for my coaching certification with Dr. Steven G. Jones, ED.d. Above all, I have benefited from utilizing a well-known neuro-linguistic program and use my innate talents to support my work.

Clients are pre-screened during a 20-minute client interview. This is necessary to discern whether we are a good mutual fit.
We move on to explore in-depth, their concerns, areas of growth and support. I drill down on the emotions associated with their limiting beliefs and provide them with tools towards a successful redirect. We also focus on other exercises such as focused breathing, roleplay, and mirror work. All exercises are geared towards assisting the client to dig deeper with confidence.
Clients are expected/encouraged to openly share journal entries concerning their weekly interactions as a part of their journey and demonstrate instances where they applied the given tools.
I have worked with clients who have needed help facing challenges in areas such as childbirth, relationships, finances, ethics, childhood traumas, career moves, social awkwardness, physical disabilities just to name a few.
It's important that you seek someone who is patient, has a heart for service and has great client reviews.
I was very fond of my ability to use my own tools on myself. I am also a Doula (birth assistant) and used my tools to make a spit second decision to be enough, within that moment, and successfully deliver a baby in the absence of a midwife.
