About Vincent
Dr. Vincent Esposito graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic, where he also received a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. He is a board-certified chiropractor in the state of New York, and has a particular interest in functional medicine and health coaching. He combines his passion for cooking with his expertise in functional medicine principles to create realistic, sustainable practices to prevent and treat chronic diseases.
In addition to working with people in a 1-on-1 setting, he is a co-founder of EVOK Health and co-host of The Art of Eating Podcast. He is the creator of The Food Collective, a series of Online Plant-Based Cooking Classes, and can conduct Private and Corporate Cooking Classes as well virtually or in-person. He shares recipes & nutrition tips on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
During the lockdown early in 2020, I started livestreaming classes, which then evolved into a series I now host weekly.
I have 7 years cooking experience and multiple years creating food content on social media, along with a Master's Degree in Nutrition

All kinds, but mostly health-conscious individuals who want to heal through using food in a fun way!
