About Megan
I specialize in weightlifting, program design and bodybuilding. I have worked as a health coach and helped clients achieve many health as well as aesthetic goals. I would love to set up a time to chat and help you get started on your goals.
I started as a personal trainer years ago when I overcame an eating disorder. I was led to weight lifting and I discovered how strong and empowered it made me feel. I want to use my experience to be a light in the fitness industry. To provide help to any more that struggle with body image, weight, or emotional problems linked to weight.

When working with a new client we assess their indivudual needs, sit down for a consultation and talk more in depth about what they want to achieve, where they're starting, and how long it will take them to get there.
I have worked with every client from one that wants to learn flexibility/mobility, to those who are seasoned bodybuilders competing in shows, to those who want to lose 50 lbs or more.
Hire someone who cares about you. someone who will take the time to listen to your concerns and issues. Whatever it may be. Hiring a personal trainer, is 50% your trainer, and 50% your friend.
