About Amber
I have lost 30 pounds in my fitness journey! I understand the struggle of making changes in your life. I can help you by modifying your behavior to form the habits you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Managing work, family, gym, and proper nutrition can be overwhelming. I will help make this easy for you no matter your schedule.
I enjoy watching my clients become more confident individuals and begin to believe in themselves. I have a family history of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Understanding the dangers of these and love seeing people overcome these struggles. The smiles and confidence my clients gain is worth more than anything.
Experience in crossfit, resistance training, and body building competitor. I have Health Education and Promotion Master's degree. I have an Expert Rating Certificate in personal training and am working toward my ACE certificate.

New Students complete a questionnaire so I can assess their goals, current activity, and nutrition. I then formulate (with some input from the student) the workouts and nutrition needed to reach their goals.
