About Kirsten
My heart and passion is to really release people into freedom. That can look many ways, of course, but I love to do it through getting our bodies healthy, healed, and whole. I take a holistic approach of looking at nutrition, movement, injury prevention, and learning to break out of any possible mental/emotional barriers that keep you from getting there.
As mentioned above, I love seeing people break into freedom. If it's someone getting out of an injury and back to the sport they love, or if it's someone breaking through out of barriers that have kept them from being healthy, I love exploring that and setting up training plans that utilize body, soul, spirit.
