About Megan
I help people connect to their bodies and learn to move in ways that feel good. No matter where you are starting, yoga can help you feel better, move better, and live better.
As a life coach, I work with women to help them reconnect with the true guidance that has been within them all along. Working with me as your coach, you’ll begin to notice what the limiting beliefs and stories are that have been holding you back. You’ll dig deep to find the goals and dreams that really call out to you, define what success looks like for you personally, and make your own rules about how to get there.

RYT-200 hr. - Many Rivers Yoga School

Before we have our first session, we'll do a free 30-minute consult call to make sure we're on the same page. After that call coaching clients will be sent information on how to schedule their first session, as well as a coaching contract to fill out online.
The sessions themselves can be either in your home, in my home, in a studio (costs extra), or by phone or skype.

Megan is so kind and genuinely cares about how you are doing. She is very attentive to when you are talking and listens. I always left feeling better after talking to her! She always was able to provide me guidance. She helped me figure out problems for my self, so I could do them on my own and not need to rely on anyone else. She is a very kind soul and I am glad to have met her!
