About Ryan
Hello,
My name is Dr. Ryan Dawson. I have over 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry. I am a practicing physician in Hollywood and Los Angeles, California where I help my clients optimize their health through mindfulness, nutrition, functional movement and fitness training programs. Prior to finishing my graduate degree, I was a collegiate and professional athlete before being stricken by injury. Since then, I have worked closely with athletes and people of all types to prevent injuries, increase performance and reach a healthy lifestyle. I have worked as a sports doctor, coach, personal trainer and human performance specialist. I also teach mindfulness practices including mediation and breath work to promote awareness for self improvement and mental health. I really enjoy helping other succeed and watching each client and patient grow. Let’s get you going!
