About Maria
We make learning and teaching better together. Every student is inspired to have fun learning at their pace, yet challenged to exceed their academic goals.
Many of my students came in frustrated because they were struggling in reading, writing and study skills. They have gained confidence working in small groups or one on one interactive activities that allow us to laugh at our mistakes but keep going until we really understand the concept.
serving over 15 years as a paraprofessional and teacher in special education and the last 5 years as a Reading Specialist has given me the opportunity to see test scores go up, study skills improved and confident life long learners.
