About Tim
Hello, I am Tim Haskell, and I have been involved in the field of education in a variety of levels and positions since 2000. I have held two tenured positions at two separate institutions. I have extensive experience working one on one with students with learning disabilities, nontraditional students, students on the autism, spectrum, and students who are visually impaired. I also have a great amount of experience working with students who speak another language and are trying to learn the rudimentary elements of English usage. My particular strength is tutoring both reading and writing. I do great work, because I keep a focused, empathetic attitude. I have a great sense of humor that I used to alleviate anxiety or help assist an individual to smile/decompress when he or she is having a rough day. I began freelance tutoring during the pandemic of 2020 to 2021, and I continue to offer both virtual and in person sessions.
