About Mr International Shonie
I teach a fully comprehensive style of M.M.A., Self-Defense, Boxing, Olympic style Olympic Style Wrestling, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu from a professional standard as a 14 time world champion
I also teach at Apex House of grappling in Countryside at 51 E. Plainfield Rd. & Chicago Fitness Center at 3131 N. Lincoln Avenue and they also train people at Sam Colonna boxing at 2600 W. The idea of empowering people of of enjoying the feeling good about themself and given away what was given to me. I truly enjoy the idea of not just exasperating people but also educating people. Achieve their goals and making the dreams possibly come true.
I am a second degree black belt in Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Shidokan karate. I am also a former Junior College All-American wrestler and I also tried out for the 1996 Olympics and Greco-Roman wrestling. I have also qualified and competed on Two Worlds teams representing the United States and Olympic style wrestling.
