About Brandon
I was a student of boxing for five years. I also trained and mix martial arts for seven years. The ability of knowing multiple self-defense techniques is very important in today's world.
I enjoy showing others the ability to protect themselves as well as exercise. All martial arts and boxing should be used as a reaction and not a pre-action.
I've been trying to mix martial arts as well as boxing.
