TIGERS CLASS (AGES 3-6)
At our academy we start students as young as three years old. Classes for this age are desinged to increase confidence, focus, and self - control. Physically, student will gain speed, strength, and coordination. The goal of this age group is to prepare young children for academic success.
KIDS CLASS (AGES 7-12)
This age group develops all the skills needed to be a great martial artist. We encourage every child to reach his or her potential. Respect, Discipline, Perseverance, and Goal Setting are a few of the Character Traits we strive to fine tune in every child. Look for your child to become a leader of their classroom!
ADULT CLASS ( AGES 13 AND UP)
This class will provide a great workout along with increasing flexibility and decreasing stress. This class will include weapons training, board breakind, and sparring. You'll leave every class wanting more!
