I love variety in my workouts and am the type to have at least 2-3 different types of gym memberships because of it. With John, I get that variety in his workouts. He knows how to combo strength, power and endurance to always leave you feeling stronger or thinking “what the heck did I just do (in the best way possible).
I don’t like to focus too much on aesthetics, but constantly get compliments and acknowledgments of how cut I’m looking.
John is also very engaging when working 1:1, his energy is infectious and clearly loves and knows what he is doing. He’s about it.Coach John has been training me for months and he has helped me get stronger and much faster after working with me!
