I’m Herbert, founder of RHINO ACADEMY MMA LLC and president of Juventud Sana Inc., with years of experience training students of all ages and backgrounds. introduction a warm welcome and brief introduction to the martial arts discipline being taught, we do evaluate the students current physical condition, flexibility and any previous martial art experience. we set goals for what they hope to achieve during the training. We start with the basics teaching proper stance, movement and basic techniques, safety emphasize the importance of executing the moves correctly, progression gradually introduce more complex techniques, we provide regular feedback on the students progress and areas that need improvement, we also encourage our students to practice regularly and maintain a positive attitude throughout their learning journey.
I have worked with all types of students of all ages, young children and adults including people with special abilities.
