I love helping people discover their power.
The look of excitment and those "ah-ha" moments are what i live for.
Helping others achieve a sense of self security and freedom through movement is probably my highest value.
I truly feel that I get to help others meet themselves.
I am a life long Martial Artist and I am passionate about not only the physical practice but also the mental and spiritual benefits that come from the martial arts lifestyle.
I have a breadth of training and experience in various systems with Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and Chin-na kung fu... But my experience and practice extend beyond these systems.
I truly believe in Bruce Lee's Philosophy which is at the core of Jeet Kun Do: Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, and add what is essentially your own.
I want to help others feel a sense of safety and confidence. I approach the world with a mentality that self defence and safety isn't just my right but my responsibility. No one is coming to save you... Here is how you save yourself...
