About Shifu Derrick
As Ambassadors of health we train children and adults to have physical awareness as well as self discipline using the art of Preying Mantis Kung Fu. As a student in this fun program you will work hard physically with structured exercises that burn calories, stretch muscles, increase oxygen to your heart and brain. You will gain confidence and have a stronger body and a strong Spirit. This is our vision for everyone.
