I’ve worked with kids from 8 years of age to 65. Some being more challenging then others due to past injuries. None the less, I can do it all.
Make sure you feel comfortable with the coach. Make sure your able to feel communicate with him/her no matter how silly you think a question might be. The only silly question is the one you don't ask. You shouldn't have doubts and most importantly if you do you should feel comfortable asking them
Oh man. There's so MANY, wouldn't even know what one to pick
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Does this coaches method comparable to what I wanna accomplish ?
