About Rachel
My business stands out by creating in depth lesson plans for each section of a particular math. Each lesson plan includes a review of the basics, in depth explanations, countless examples for practice and checks ins to make sure the student is grasping the material.
I am a 19 year old student at Marymount who graduated recently from Washington Lee. In my 4 years or high school, math has always been a strong subject for me and something my math teachers recognized I excelled in. Not to mention, it's one of the subjects I actually enjoy the most and equips me to effectively teach and help others. Currently I'm enrolled at Marymount, freshmen year as a Mathematics Major and have only taken Calculus. Therefore my knowledge and comfortability with the mathematical tiers begins with Algebra 2 and below.
